How do I measure up my car and caravan?
Instructions to produce the measurements for your stone stomper can be found in our measurement guide. I you require more info, you can also watch an instructional video from some of our customers.
Why is there no phone number listed on your website?
There are many different hitches available and we have many different bar options we can use for each, so it is much easier to work out what you need if you email us a couple of photos of your setup. We do however pride ourselves in excellent customer service and will reply to your emails promptly. You can send us an email by using our ‘contact us’ form.
How long to manufacture and deliver?
Manufacture normally is approximately 2 weeks with a few business days required for delivery depending on your location. We do have the option of express delivery if needed for an additional charge. Manufacture timeframes can extend out 4-6 weeks during peak times from March to September. If you want to travel during these times we suggest you order early.
Do you need to disconnect when turning?
No. There is no need to disconnect the mesh at all, you can do jack knife turns without damaging anything.
Is it hard to install and what do I need?
Installation is very easy just requiring a battery drill with everything you need included in the kit.
Do you have Distributors?
We don’t have Distributors as each Stone Stomper is custom made to your measurements and delivered to your door.
Does the Stone Stomper come with a warranty?
Yes. A 12 month warranty is included Australia wide. If you have issues after 12 months you are never a forgotten customer, we will always look after you.
Do you deliver world wide?
Yes we do. Just email us for a delivery quote.
How much does a Stone Stomper cost?
The base kit price is $825 plus $75 delivery depending upon any optional extras you may include which will be offered at the time of placing your order.
How does the Stone Stomper attach to the caravan and car?
Some of our customers have developed YouTube videos showing installation and attachment of their Stone Stomper which you can view online.
