2. Change of Mind Returns

Because each Stone Stomper is custom made to suit your specific caravan and towing setup, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect order details provided by the customer.

Please take care to confirm all vehicle and caravan measurements before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase — we’re happy to help ensure the correct fit.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

If your product is faulty or defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Examples of defects include:

• Manufacturing faults
• Damage during transit
• Parts missing or not functioning as intended

To process a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the fault or issue
• A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and provide instructions for return or replacement.

4. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Stone Stomper will cover all shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer error (e.g. incorrect information provided), any associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming eligibility for a refund.

All Stone Stomper products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect installation.
