TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Stone Stomper products and components are made in South Australia and carry the Australian Made logo. We are proud to support local materials and manufacturing.

1. Custom Orders
   Each Stone Stomper is custom made to suit your specific requirements. Once your order is placed and full payment is received, we schedule your job into our manufacturing queue. Production usually takes 2–8 weeks, depending on our current workload.
2. Payment
   Orders are paid in full at the time of order, which secures your place in our production schedule.
3. Delivery and Collection
   We deliver to most locations across Australia, or you can collect from our factory by prior arrangement. We can also arrange international shipment. If you elect to collect from our factory, we will contact you when your order is ready. If you wish us to deliver, then we will deliver to the address supplied during the order process. If the delivery address is unclear or you’ve advised that it will be confirmed later,we will contact you once your order is ready to arrange delivery.
4. Measurements and Customer Responsibility
   When placing your order, you are required to provide accurate measurements for your custom product. Our website and staff offer guidance and may suggest measurements based on the information you provide, but it is your responsibility to confirm all final measurements before we commence manufacture. We may request photos of your setup to help us perform a final visual check for any serious anomalies, but this review is limited to obvious issues. Stone Stomper cannot accept responsibility for errors or mismeasurements provided by the customer.
5. Warranty and After-Sales Support
   All Stone Stomper products are covered by a 12-month warranty and by the standard Australian consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is found to be faulty, we will repair or replace it as quickly as possible. Even after the 12-month warranty period you are never a forgotten customer – we’ll always look after you. We’re happy to assist with replacement parts or repairs at a reasonable cost — we stand by the quality and durability of our products.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
   Each order is made specifically for you and so once manufacture has begun, we’re unable to cancel or refund your order, except as required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. in the
   case of a defect). If you change your mind before manufacture has commenced, we will refund your payment in full less a $50 administration fee. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Returns
   If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange repair, replacement, or another suitable solution in line with Australian
   Consumer Law. We cannot accept returns for change of mind or for incorrect specifications or measurements provided by the customer.
8. Acceptance of Terms
   By placing an order with Stone Stomper — whether through our website, by phone, or by email — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. No signature is required for these terms to take effect. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
9. Product Disclaimer
   Stone Stompers are designed to help reduce stone damage to your vehicle and trailer. While they provide effective protection, they cannot prevent all stone damage in every situation. It’s important that the product is installed securely and in accordance with the supplied instructions. If you are not confident installing the product yourself, we recommend seeking assistance from a qualified installer. Please also take care to ensure your own safety while working on your vehicle or trailer during installation. Once installed, the performance and safe use of the product are the responsibility of the owner.
