Stone Stomper’s® is a reinforced one piece Truck Mesh trapeze-style stone guard protects your car and vehicle from stones, rocks, bitumen and road splatter. Each order is custom made to your measurements and attaches easily with no drilling to the vehicle.
Our Stone Stomper® story began long before we started selling them in 2009. It started with a love for exploring Australia and a lesson learned the hard way.
On our first big outback adventure, we set off in a brand new Hilux towing a soft floor camper
trailer. To prepare, we fitted what we thought was a solid forward facing angled stone guard. But
after 4,000 kilometres, we returned home with a broken rear window, a peppered tailgate, and a
camper that needed a full respray.
On our next trip to the Gibb River Road and Tanami in a
Jayco Eagle, we knew we needed something better. So we started experimenting, testing different
designs on the road until we created what would become the Stone Stomper®. The results spoke for
themselves. Since then, we have travelled more than 500,000 stone chip free kilometres across
Australia.
